Wow, this is a cool idea for a Processing applet! And you did a tremendous job on implementing it.
Now it's time to enhance the viewing options, e.g. show the IDs and classes of the HTML-Elements, seperate external from internal links... This could lead to a very cool website-analysis tool. Thumbs up!

This is very, very nice. You've combined the HTML parser and Traer Physics engine perfectly to create an informational and artistic tool.
